Great 2009 KCS Convention
The 2009 KCS Convention and Educational Symposium was a huge success. We had over 125 doctors present for the convention. Dr. Bloom, Dr. Gajeski and Dr. Copeland out did themselves as speakers and educators.
We appreciate all of our Exhibitors and the quality of their products and services. They add so much to our convention.
It was a great honor to dedicate the 2009 convention in memoriam to Dr. Elmer Floyd True. Dr. True has been a great supporter of the KCS from its beginnings. He will be sorely missed.
Check out our Photo Gallery for more pictures at the Convention
New 2010 Board Members and Officers
The KCS Board Elections were held in November of 2009. Dr. Mark Green, Dr. Philip Bowles and Dr. Pat Riggs were elected for a three year term. The other doctors serving on the board are Dr. Bruce Cupp, Dr. John Jones, Dr. Bartley Klindt and Dr. Philips Simpson. Dr. Riggs will be serving as Chairman and Dr. Morris agreed to continue as our President. Dr. Philip Bowles is the new Executive Treasurer and Mary Beth Nelson continues as the Executive Secretary.
Welcome to the KCS!
As president of the KCS, I want to warmly welcome you to our new website. For over 30 years, the KCS has been strongly dedicated to the chiropractic profession in Kentucky and the patients we serve.
While others may act in their own self interest, our promise to the profession is to ALWAYS act in the best interest of all chiropractors in Kentucky. That was the way it was in the beginning and that philosophy continues today.
The chiropractic profession is a big tent, encompassing many different practice techniques and philosophies. This is also true with the membership of this great organization.
Join the KCS and help us work with others to ensure that the profession of chiropractic takes its rightful place in the health care delivery system.
Come on in! Make yourself at home. We are open to your questions and comments.
Yours for better health,
Phillip Morris, D.C.
President, KCS
